Covenant Cookie Creations
Our shortbread cookies are handcrafted with love by head baker Michele Pavlich. Each cookie is made from scratch, decorated by hand, and designed to reflect the heart of your celebration. Rooted in faith, family, and a passion for creativity, Michele transforms simple ingredients into meaningful, custom cookies that bring joy to weddings, holidays, business events, and everyday moments. Here, every cookie tells a story and each one is crafted just for you.
Indulge in the Warmth of Homemade Goodness
Covenant Cookie Creations began with a simple spark during a meaningful moment in Michele and Bryan Pavlich’s life together. After Bryan completed 25 years of service in the United States Air Force, the couple settled in Miramar Beach, Florida. It is from this welcoming community that Michele shares the story of how the business came to life.
The roots of that story reach back to Elyria, Ohio. While celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary, Michele felt a sweet idea forming. The moment was filled with gratitude for the many years God had carried them through, and she wanted to express that gratitude in a way that could also bless others. What began as a heartfelt thought soon grew into a vision to create cookies that bring joy, beauty, and connection to every occasion.
The name Covenant Cookie Creations reflects what matters most to Michele. It represents the foundation of her faith: Christ, the Cross, and the Church. These pillars guide her life and are woven into the care and purpose behind every cookie she designs.
From that inspiration came an invitation. Michele wanted people to be part of the creative process and to enjoy cookies that reflect their own celebrations and stories. This is how the idea of “Design Your Own Delight” was born. Whether for corporate events, birthdays, weddings, or holidays, Michele creates custom cookies that help people mark the moments that matter in a meaningful and memorable way.
Covenant Cookie Creations continues to grow from that heart: a desire to share joy, offer something beautiful, and celebrate life’s special moments one handcrafted cookie at a time.
Founder and Head Bake
Michele Pavlich is the founder and head baker of Covenant Cookie Creations. She handcrafts every shortbread-style sugar cookie with careful attention, from mixing and shaping to decorating each one by hand. Her passion is creating cookies that feel personal and meaningful, whether they are designed for a business event, a family celebration, or a special gift.
Michele’s love for baking is rooted in tradition and the warmth of home. As a grandmother, she understands the lasting comfort that homemade treats can bring, and she pours that same heart into every order. Her goal is to create cookies that taste as good as they look and that carry a sense of joy and care.
Michele often says, “I want each cookie to bring back the warmth of your grandmother’s kitchen. Every design should feel like a small gift made just for you.”
Her cookies blend artistry with comfort, combining quality ingredients with thoughtful designs that reflect each customer’s vision. With Covenant Cookie Creations, you receive more than a dessert.
