How do I place an order for custom cookies?
You can place an order directly through our website by clicking order now. For special or complex designs, we will reach out and be happy to assist.
What is the minimum order size?
The minimum order is 6 cookies (½ dozen).
How far in advance should I order?
For custom designs or large quantities, we recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your date—especially during holidays and peak seasons. We usually don’t accept orders under 72 hours; however, contact us to see if it's possible. This would constitute a rush order.
Can I upload my own photo or design?
Yes! You can upload your own image, or we can help refine or create a custom design specifically for your event.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, orders of 60+ cookies may qualify for discounted pricing based on quantity, design complexity, and your timeline.
How do payments work?
- 50% down payment required when placing your order
- Remaining balance due prior to shipping
What should I know about large orders?
- For orders over 60 cookies, contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and receive a personalized quote
- For orders of 60+ cookies may qualify for discounted pricing based on quantity, design complexity, and your timeline

Do you ship cookies?
Yes! We ship anywhere within the continental United States.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
We ship based on estimated delivery timelines, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by weather or shipping carriers.
What are your processing and delivery options?
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET are shipped within 4 business days.
- Future Delivery Options: You can select a future delivery date during checkout for advance orders.
- Carrier and Weather Delays: While we ship based on the expected delivery date at the time, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the weather or shipping carriers.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping cost are not included in the cookie prices

Because our cookies are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away and we’ll apply 100% store credit.
What should I do if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away so we can apply the credit. Damages are only replaceable of the first 24 hours after delivery.
